Investors

Invest in the company. Not one app.

Omnevo Technologies owns BUILDVRS, its first platform, and every platform after it. One company, one table, one team.

The problem

A contractor pays 10–15 software vendors.

Every tool has its own login, its own bill and its own copy of the job. Nothing talks to anything else, so people retype it.

The founders

Built by the customer.

Derek King is a working Florida general contractor. He bids his own jobs on BUILDVRS today, so the product is tested on real drawings and real deadlines first. His brother and co-founder, Russ King, is a licensed home inspector.

AI does the reading and the math. The contractor makes the calls. That’s how we build it and how we sell it.

Traction so far
  • Live in early access with Florida general contractors
  • 6 apps working in Keystone: Tally, Bluline, Cadence, Plumb, Guild, Roster
  • Used on the founder’s own bids, every week
  • 3,000+ cost codes, structured and sourced
  • Year 1 bootstrapped, with no outside money

  • Monthly churn of 3% in Year 1, falling to 2% by Year 3 (base case).
  • Lead to demo 30%, demo to trial 60%, trial to paid 40%.
  • AI runs only when someone presses the button, and its cost is counted per customer.

Forward-looking, not a promise. A plan built from stated assumptions; real results will differ.

Valuation

How companies like ours get valued.

At our stage nobody pays for revenue alone. They pay for a believable chance of much more of it. The method changes as revenue grows.

Before revenueBerkus and scorecardCredit for the product, the team, the market and early relationships, adjusted against companies in the region.

What moves the number most
  1. Month-over-month growth
  2. Customers who stay
  3. Accuracy on real bids
  4. Gross margin after AI costs
  5. Months to earn back a customer’s cost
  6. Upgrades from existing customers

Methods, not a price. Any valuation is agreed in a conversation, not on a web page.

When we’d raise

Each step waits for its gate.

We raise to grow faster, not to survive. If a gate isn’t met, we keep building and try again.

  2. OptionalAngel roundOnly if growth needs more than revenue can fund, and the plan’s base case is holding.
